TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Director - Manufacturing Quality located in Germantown, TN.

This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and executing systemic processes to improve the flow of product and information between supplied products, factory-produced product, product configuration, order management, and multiple distribution facilities. The goal is to ensure the correct product is delivered to work sites as requested, on time, and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

1. Evaluate existing processes addressing supplier product quality, including delivery timeliness, specification compliance, communication, and component performance. Develop or modify processes to address systemic defects.
2. Assess and improve processes related to order management, product configuration, and warranty processing. Address gaps and implement missing procedures.
3. Drive reduction of production defects through corrective and preventive actions, including process modifications, procedural additions, operator training, and documentation.
4. Identify and resolve root causes of systemic defects in logistics, including packaging, transport, storage, and delivery.
5. Lead regular company meetings to promote quality processes.
6. Foster a quality-centric culture that provides a competitive advantage and focuses on customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• 8-10 years of experience in diversified industrial and/or services sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), CQE, Lean Manufacturing are preferred.
• Strong technical skills in lean six sigma, quality planning, root cause analysis, ISO 9000 knowledge is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
