BDO USA in Maryland is seeking a Management Consulting Director to plan, manage, and lead a team on technology consulting engagements, including ERP integration, software selection/implementation, IT strategy, and governance. The role also encompasses business development, client relationship management, and risk/engagement governance.

The Director will supervise teams through diagnostic to delivery, ensure quality, mentor staff, and drive new business with existing clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required) in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Seven+ years of Management Technology Advisory Services experience or equivalent consulting background.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor MC Managers, Senior Associates, and staff across engagements.
• Drive business development and pursue new opportunities with clients and prospects.
• Oversee engagement strategy, budgets, and delivery to ensure high-quality client service.
