• Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess inorganic priorities and build business cases for acquisitions.
• Perform detailed financial analyses and valuation to support ROI.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Accounting and Treasury to structure transactions.
• Support deal communications with senior leadership and approvals.
• Plan integration and separation activities aligned with business needs.
