What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key prospect accounts within the financial services segment
- Generate new loyalty platform sales and secure multimillion-dollar, multi-year deals
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline progressing to signed platform deals
- Communicate benefits of bundling Loyalty Solutions with other products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, including C-suite executives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10-15 years of progressively complex hunting sales experience, preferably in the financial services segment
- Proven track record of selling to senior executives and navigating matrixed organizations
- Strong strategic software sales experience, particularly in CRM, Martech, or Loyalty
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a compelling presentation style
- Ability to thrive in a role with limited lead generation support and manage a strong sales pipeline

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Rolodex of C-Level / EVP / SVP contacts within the financial services sector
- Deep understanding of Mastercard Services value propositions and market execution
- Strong negotiation capabilities required for large deals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
