Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school of nursing.

• Registered Nurse license in Minnesota (MN).
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LTC services.
• Supervise other long-term care departments as assigned.
• Maintain high responsibility for resident and employee safety.
• Manage financial control of personnel, supplies, and charges to patient accounts.
• Ensure the unit meets standards set by the State Department of Health.
• Provide tools for nursing staff to assess and monitor changes in residents’ conditions that could impact antibiotics.

As a Director of Long Term Care, you will provide compassionate leadership and strategic oversight, profoundly impacting the quality of life and comprehensive care for residents within our long-term care facility.

Every day you will expertly manage daily operations, lead and mentor dedicated care teams, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, and meticulously foster a nurturing and therapeutic environment tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

• Responsibility to LTC Services
• Supervision of other long-term care departments as assigned
• High degree of responsibility for resident and employee safety
• Responsible, in part, for the financial control of personnel, supplies, and charges that must be made to patient’s account for service received
• Must assure that the unit meets standards set by the State Department of Health
• Provide tools for nursing staff to assess, monitor, and communicate changes in a resident’s condition that could impact the need for antibiotics
