Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Minnesota to deliver compassionate patient care under RN direction. You will support daily living activities, assist transport, and contribute to the patient’s plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Minnesota, within 120 days.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills basic quality of life needs for residents.
• Answer call lights.
• Assist with preparation of meals, serve meals, feed patients.
• Vital signs (BP, T, P, R, and SaO2).
• Make beds, keep rooms clean.
• Ambulating, turning and positioning patients.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.

Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.
