The role demands deep logistics expertise, awareness of AI/GenAI, automation, IoT, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.

The SME will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and driving industry leadership through thought leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
• Proven track record designing and implementing logistics solutions for large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI applications in logistics (e.g., demand forecasting, route optimization).
• Experience in FTL/LTL, trucking operations, and route optimization, with strong knowledge of trucking/transportation industry.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, IoT, robotics, and blockchain in supply chain.
• Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand logistics challenges and business goals.
• Recommend tailored solutions leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital platforms.
• Present thought leadership on industry trends, technology adoption, and competitive positioning.
