Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Marketing/Business Communications (PR preferred).
• 8-10 years of related work experience.
• Experience creating and managing budgets.
• Experience as a promoter is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and oversee detailed promotional plans identifying targeted demographics for each show.
• Develop new strategies for existing events by analyzing market data and trends.
• Oversee marketing department, budgets, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with booking and PR teams to pitch artists and promotions.
• Coordinate with media and labels to manage press and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of advertising materials and campaigns.
