Job summary

Riveron seeks a Director to lead its Litigation Advisory Services within Retstructuring & Turnaround Services. The role focuses on economic damages, lost profits, and business valuation for complex disputes, investigations, and financial matters.

The successful candidate will manage engagements end-to-end, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while building client relationships with attorneys and corporate clients in a dynamic advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in litigation consulting, forensic accounting, valuation, or related advisory services.
• Experience quantifying economic damages, lost profits, or valuation-related damages.
• Experience managing engagements from inception to resolution.
• Experience preparing expert reports or other litigation-related work product.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation consulting engagements from initial case assessment through trial or settlement.
• Develop and evaluate economic damages models and analyses (lost profits, business interruption, diminution in value).
• Perform business valuation analyses in litigation and disputes.
• Conduct forensic accounting investigations involving fraud and financial misconduct.
• Support case strategy development and discovery planning with counsel.
• Draft expert reports, declarations, presentations, and supporting analyses.
• Lead client communications, pitches, and proposal development.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and quality control on engagements.
