Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced litigation advisory professional to lead complex engagements, develop economic damages analyses, and support expert witness activities. The role emphasizes client relationship management and collaboration with senior Riveron professionals.

You will oversee engagement execution, assist in case strategy and discovery, and contribute to business development within Riveron’s Litigation Advisory Services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in litigation consulting, forensic accounting, valuation, disputes, or related advisory services.
• Significant experience quantifying economic damages, lost profits, and/or business valuation-related damages.
• Experience managing engagements from inception through resolution.
• Experience preparing expert reports, financial analyses, or other litigation-related work product.
• Demonstrated client relationship management experience and the ability to effectively interact with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation consulting engagements from initial case assessment through trial, arbitration, mediation, or settlement.
• Develop and evaluate economic damages models and financial analyses including lost profits, business interruption damages, diminution in value, shareholder disputes, and other commercial damages.
• Perform business valuation analyses in litigation and dispute contexts.
• Conduct forensic accounting investigations involving fraud, financial misconduct, and asset tracing.
• Assist counsel and senior Riveron professionals with case strategy development and discovery planning.
• Analyze financial records, accounting data, industry information, and economic evidence.
• Evaluate opposing expert analyses and assist in preparing rebuttal opinions.
• Draft expert reports, declarations, presentations, and supporting analyses.
• Support deposition preparation, trial preparation, and expert witness activities as needed.
