Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Director to join its Litigation Advisory Services practice within Restructuring & Turnaround Services. This leader will advise attorneys, corporate clients, and stakeholders in complex disputes and investigations, delivering economic damages analysis, forensic accounting, and valuation support.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in litigation consulting, with deep experience quantifying damages and managing engagements from inception to resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in litigation consulting, forensic accounting, valuation, disputes, or related advisory services.
• Significant experience quantifying economic damages and/or valuation-related damages.
• Experience managing engagements from inception through resolution.
• Experience preparing expert reports, analyses, or related work product.
• Demonstrated client relationship management with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation consulting engagements from inception through trial or settlement.
• Develop and evaluate economic damages models and financial analyses.
• Perform business valuation analyses in litigation contexts.
• Conduct forensic accounting investigations involving fraud or financial misconduct.
• Assist counsel with case strategy, discovery planning, and deposition prep.
• Draft expert reports, declarations, and supporting analyses.
• Support client pitches, proposals, and relationship development.
