Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Director, Lifecycle Management to shape strategic and commercial trajectory for barzolvolimab.

You will own lifecycle opportunities from business case through launch readiness, collaborating across R&D, marketing and clinical development to define product value propositions and TPPS. This role demands analytical rigor, strong strategic thinking and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment, with up to 15%

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or science or related discipline required.
• An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD or MBA) is preferred.
• 10+ years related experience in life cycle management, new product planning, marketing or related consulting is required.

Responsibilities

• Shape and progress lifecycle opportunities by defining clear strategic intent, value hypotheses, and robust business cases from ideation to launch readiness.
• Lead the identification of key value drivers and translate these into the development of Target Product Profiles (TPPs), value proposition elements & key decision criteria for commercial success, including POC criteria for all potential follow-on indications of barzolvolimab.
• Assess competitive landscapes, evolving standards of care, and emerging data to guide product positioning and TPPs.
• Maintain up-to-date market landscape and competitive assessment for all the target indications of barzolvolimab.
• Translate customer, payer, and market insights into clear product requirements and strategic recommendations for the Clinical development teams.
• Develop product narratives that articulate clinical value, unmet need, and differentiation for internal decision-making and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present product strategy updates to governance forums and senior leadership.
