Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business or science or related discipline required.
  • An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD or MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years related experience in life cycle management, marketing or related consulting.
  • Ability to translate clinical/scientific information into commercial insights.
  • Experience working with R&D teams and stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong business orientation with cross-functional perspective.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project-management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence across teams.
  • Travel up to 15%.

  • Shape lifecycle opportunities with clear strategy and business cases from ideation to launch.
  • Lead the development of Target Product Profiles and value propositions for commercial success.
  • Assess competitive landscapes and guide product positioning and TPPs.
  • Maintain market landscape and competitive assessments for all target indications.
  • Translate insights into product requirements for Clinical development teams.
  • Develop narratives articulating clinical value and differentiation for decisions.
  • Present product strategy updates to governance forums and senior leadership.

Overview

Celldex is now entering an exciting new chapter – building a commercial team to launch barzolvolimab, the most advanced anti‑KIT therapy in pivotal development that has the potential to redefine treatment for multiple allergy and dermatological diseases with Phase 3 studies in CSU, ColdU, SD and phase 2 studies in AD and PN. We’re looking for curious, driven builders who can connect their day‑to‑day work to enterprise‑level impact, endlessly prioritize what matters most, and deliver on their commitments with urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Shape and progress lifecycle opportunities by defining clear strategic intent, value hypotheses, and robust business cases from ideation to launch readiness.
  • Lead the identification of key value drivers and translate these into the development of Target Product Profiles (TPPs), value proposition elements & key decision criteria for commercial success, including POC criteria (proof‑of‑concept) for all potential follow‑on indications of barzolvolimab.
  • Assess competitive landscapes, evolving standards of care, and emerging data to guide product positioning and TPPs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date market landscape and competitive assessment for all the target indications of barzolvolimab.
  • Translate customer, payer, and market insights into clear product requirements and strategic recommendations for the Clinical development teams.
  • Develop product narratives that articulate clinical value, unmet need, and differentiation for internal decision‑making and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present product strategy updates to governance forums and senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business or science or related discipline required. An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD or MBA) is preferred.
  • 10+ years related experience in life cycle management, new product planning, marketing or related consulting is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate clinical/scientific information into commercial/business insights is required.
  • Extensive experience working with Research and Development teams, and ability to engage credibly with internal and external stakeholders around scientific topics.
  • A strong business orientation and the ability to view issues from multiple functional perspectives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and project‑management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface seamlessly with other parts of organization.
  • Strong ability to influence effectively across functional teams.
  • Travel required up to 15%.

The expected base salary range for this position is $176,659 to $229,427.

We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market.

Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long‑term incentive, 401(k) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
