Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience leading complex B2B software portfolios.
• Seniority with ownership for portfolio strategy, roadmap, investment decisions, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong experience in Life Sciences or regulated domains (regulatory, labeling, submissions, data/workflow platforms).
• Proven success modernizing fragmented products into scalable platform-based offerings.
• Strong product judgment in workflow-heavy, data-rich enterprise environments with trust and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Sciences product portfolio strategy across regulatory intelligence, data, workflow, and submission-related capabilities.
• Translate long-range portfolio vision into a staged roadmap tied to measurable customer outcomes.
• Define and prioritize high-value customer problems to solve, enabling compliant execution and better workflows.
• Drive portfolio rationalization and consolidation to unify platform experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data/AI, Services, Sales, and Customer Success to align strategy and execution.
• Establish portfolio investment priorities, roadmaps, business cases, KPI tracking, and outcome reviews.
• Champion a model balancing customer-centric experiences with shared capabilities, data models, and AI services.
• Shape Life Sciences AI strategy with intelligent workflows and governed automation in regulated processes.
• Engage customers to validate product-market fit across labeling, submissions, and lifecycle changes.
• Turn broad themes into a focused strategy with explicit ownership and impact.
