Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management leading complex B2B software portfolios.
• Senior product leadership with portfolio strategy and cross-functional execution.
• Experience in Life Sciences or regulated domains (regulatory, labeling, submissions, data/workflow platforms).
• Proven track record modernizing fragmented products into scalable platform offerings.
• Ability to balance near-term business realities with long-term platform direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Life Sciences product portfolio strategy across regulatory intelligence, data, workflow, artifact generation, validation, and submission capabilities.
• Translate a long-range portfolio vision into a pragmatic, staged roadmap tied to measurable outcomes.
• Define and prioritize high-value customer problems to solve with differentiated workflows and compliant execution.
• Rationalize and consolidate overlapping capabilities into a unified platform experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data/AI, Services, Sales, Customer Success, and senior leaders to align strategy and execution.
• Establish portfolio investment priorities, planning rhythms, KPI tracking, and outcome reviews.
• Shape AI strategy with explainability, auditability, and governance for regulated environments.
• Work with customers to validate product-market fit across labeling, submissions, compliance, and lifecycle changes.
