Job summary

gener8tor seeks a Director to lead the IU Health Incubator at IU LAB Pre-Accelerator in Indianapolis. You will recruit high-potential life science startups, run two 7-week programs annually, and coach founders and alumni to growth and fundraising milestones.

You will collaborate with IU Lab partners, manage logistics, report metrics, and strengthen Indiana's startup ecosystem by building strong relationships with stakeholders across academia, industry and investors.

Qualifications

• Residence in the Indianapolis, IN area.
• Experience with life science startups or venture-backed companies preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IU Health Incubator at IU LAB Pre-Accelerator across two seven-week cohorts annually.
• Recruit and select high-potential life science startups; coach founders and alumni.
• Coordinate programming, logistics, and mentor/investor engagement.
• Measure KPIs, report outcomes to gener8tor leadership and IU Lab partners.
• Engage with IU, startups, mentors, and investors to strengthen the ecosystem.
