Required qualifications:
Juris Doctorate with 7-10 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit, or risk management within financial services. Leadership experience and deep knowledge of risk principles, operational strategies, and regulatory requirements are essential. Proven success in process improvement and innovative operational solutions. Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and influence skills. Familiarity with bank policies, laws, and regulations, including BSA/AML and FINRA/SEC standards.
Compensation:
Range from $95,857 to $162,957, with starting pay determined based on experience and skills. Final offers may vary.Benefits Overview:
