The Boston Foundation seeks a Director of the Latino Equity Fund (LEF) to implement the vision and priorities set by the LEF Advisory Board and TBF's Senior Leadership. Job description

The Director of the Latino Equity Fund (LEF) is responsible for executing on the vision, mission, priorities and strategies established by the LEF Advisory Board and in coordination with the Boston Foundation’s (TBF) Senior Leadership. Working primarily in partnership with LEF’s Co‑Chairs and TBF’s Senior Management Team, this position oversees all activities of the Fund. The Director is the primary liaison between TBFs Senior Management Team and the LEF Advisory Board and is responsible for executing on the growth, fundraising and programming priorities established by the Advisory Board and TBF’s Senior Management Team.

COMPENSATION

Position Budgeted: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00
