Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in real estate investment portfolios, development, underwriting or asset management.
• Experience with affordable housing development and LIHTC programs.
• Experience with nonprofit community development organizations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with conflict-resolution ability.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software; familiarity with databases.

• Work with the Managing Director to apply sound business practices and maintain audit trails.
• Provide leadership and oversight to direct reports and ensure high performance.
• Set performance goals and provide feedback to staff.
• Prepare timely reports and analyses evaluating the investment portfolio.
• Assist with underwriting of investment acquisitions and provide portfolio management input.
• Identify and diagnose investment property problems and implement action plans.
• Maintain relationships with other NEF departments and third-party partners.
• Support MD of Asset Management on additional assignments as needed.
