Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with extensive experience in biopharmaceutical or cell therapy process development and GMP manufacturing.
• Leadership of teams and cross-functional collaboration to drive scale-up and tech transfer.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and IND/CTA/IMPD/CTN processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up and scale-down experiments for cell expansion and differentiation.
• Oversee GMP manufacturing activities and tech transfer to clinical and commercial production.
• Provide strategic and scientific leadership to process development teams.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to advance programs.
• Manage department budget and resource planning.
