Job summary

Angi is seeking a Director of Large Pro Operations to lead a high-impact team and own strategic priorities for our largest pro partners. You will set the vision for the function, build frameworks for problem-solving, and work across Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Analytics, and leadership.

You will split time between advancing strategic initiatives and coaching Senior Managers, while directly engaging with top customers to unlock growth and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and strategic initiatives at senior levels.
• Ability to translate ambiguous priorities into a clear strategic roadmap.
• Proven track record of building frameworks, processes, and routines for rigorous execution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Senior Managers and their workstreams.
• Own the highest-stakes strategic priorities for large pro partners.
• Set the strategic agenda for Large Pro Strategy and defend trade-offs to executives.
• Direct engagement with high-value customers to drive growth and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, AM, Product, Operations, Analytics and leadership.
