Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Laboratory Services staff to achieve operational and service objectives (training, orientation, coaching, employee evaluations, disciplinary measures, interviewing, hiring, and termination process).
• Ensure quality control by performing quality checks on equipment and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Ensure that proper patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently to meet patient experience expectations.
