Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC seeks an experienced laboratory leader to oversee the clinical division. A Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or MLS is required, along with ASCP certification and seven years of lab experience (five in leadership).

Lead core lab operations, microbiology, and blood bank activities; oversee phlebotomy oversight and CAP accreditation readiness in collaboration with hospital teams and physicians.

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, medical laboratory science, or related science.
• ASCP certification required.
• Seven years of lab experience with five years in leadership.
• Strong generalist lab knowledge across core lab, microbiology, and blood bank.
