Job summary

Professional Experience Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience in lab
• Five (5) years’ experience in leadership

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements

• Strong generalist lab knowledge and skill to include core lab, microbiology, and blood bank.
• Able to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
• Interpersonal communication skills necessary to work with hospital team members, physicians, patients, and community professionals.
• Experience with phlebotomy oversight preferred.
• Experience with CAP accreditation expected.
