Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, IT, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Seven+ years in operations, facilities, project management, technology, or healthcare support services with progressive leadership.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for laboratory support operations across multiple locations.
• Direct and coordinate Materials Management, Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, Specimen Management, Middleware, Pathology, and reference lab operations.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, quality and service alignment with goals.
• Lead large-scale operational and technology initiatives; oversee PMO functions and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and facilities on construction/renovation projects.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and vendor performance.
• Build and develop a diverse leadership team and forecast talent needs.
