Jewish Silicon Valley (JSV) seeks a strategic, relationship-driven professional to lead its community relations, public affairs, civic engagement, and antisemitism response efforts.

Reporting directly to the Chief Community Officer, this role will build partnerships with government officials, faith leaders, educational institutions, and civic organizations to strengthen K-12 engagement and address bias while guiding proactive coalition-building.

Qualifikationen

• Strong ability to convene diverse stakeholders and foster interfaith partnerships.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education dynamics and policy issues.
• Experience in public affairs, advocacy, and community relations.
• Crisis management skills for sensitive bias or safety issues.
• Proven capability to collaborate across senior leadership and lay volunteers.

• K-12 School Engagement: build partnerships with districts and educators to support Jewish students.
• Antisemitism & Bias Prevention: address incidents and promote age-appropriate education.
• Community Coalition Building: unite faith-based, civic, and cultural organizations.
• Higher Education Bridges: maintain ties with local colleges and universities.
• Crisis Response & Incident Management: coordinate with advocacy groups on public concerns.
