Job summary

Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) seeks a Director of K-12 Enrichments to lead innovative learning opportunities for elementary and middle school students. You will strengthen partnerships with families, schools, community organizations, and regional ESD partners to expand access and ensure successful program implementation.

The role reports to the Senior Director - PreKindergarten-Postsecondary Enrichment and emphasizes equity, curation of enriching experiences, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience leading K-12 enrichment programs.
• Commitment to equity and inclusive practice.
• Experience coordinating across multiple schools or districts.
• Strong data-informed decision making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of K-12 enrichment programs.
• Build partnerships with families, schools, and community partners.
• Oversee budgets, grants, and program milestones.
• Provide coaching and supervision to staff.
• Coordinate regional supports and site visits.
• Prepare reports and guidance for decision-making.
• Align programs with agency objectives and funding requirements.
