BNY is seeking a Director, IWM Portfolio Manager for our Investment Management team in Seattle, WA. You will independently manage assets under policy guidelines, lead a group of portfolio professionals, and engage with clients to communicate investment strategy and market outlook.

You will oversee portfolio performance, participate in investment committees, and help shape policies to improve business results while supporting client retention and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 10-15 years total work experience; MBA or CFA preferred for over 10 years investment experience.
• Strong investment management experience with complex portfolios.
• Experience engaging with clients to explain investment strategy and market outlook.
• Bi-lingual capabilities are helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage assets within policy guidelines, including flagship funds and large accounts.
• Direct a significant portion of AUM and external revenue; support client retention and growth.
• Meet with clients to communicate strategy, performance, and market conditions.
• Oversee portfolio performance and make informed adjustments based on data and KPIs.
• Participate in investment committee activities and develop policies to improve performance.
• Supervise Senior Portfolio Managers and mentor junior Portfolio Managers.
