Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; ten years in progressive Technical Operations roles.
• Demonstrated competencies in project management, staff management, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in project management, network design, security, management, and administration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience leading a technical team through complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the implementation, maintenance, and administration of networks and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Establishes strategic direction for the Operations division in alignment with the SVP.
• Manages vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
• Leads IS Operations team development and strategic partnership within HANYS.
