Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and scale Infrastructure Services leadership team.
• Establish service delivery model, SLAs, on-call expectations, and dashboards.
• Oversee Network Engineering, Cloud Platform Engineering, and IT Infrastructure Engineering.
• Ensure high availability, strong security controls, and resilient connectivity across offices, data centers, and cloud environments.
• Drive IaC, DevOps practices, automation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, Data, and Facilities to align capabilities with business priorities.
