Infor is seeking a Director, IT to lead Finance and Revenue Operations Engineering in Atlanta. The role owns the technology roadmap and delivery model across Finance Engineering, Salesforce, Sales Operations, and Marketing Technology, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leaders to modernize platforms and deliver measurable quote-to-cash outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology delivery for enterprise Finance, CRM, billing, or related platforms.
• Experience guiding managers and large cross-functional teams at director level.
• Ability to define and govern Salesforce architecture, platform delivery, integrations, and lifecycle management.

This role owns the technology roadmap and delivery model across Finance Engineering, Salesforce, Sales Operations, and Marketing Technology. The Director partners with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leaders to modernize platforms, simplify operations, implement an AI-native working model, and deliver measurable outcomes across quote-to-cash, billing, reconciliation, sales operations, and marketing capabilities.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

• Own the end-to-end technology roadmap, investment priorities, and delivery outcomes for Finance and Revenue Operations Engineering
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leaders to translate business priorities into sequenced platform, process, and automation initiatives
• Lead the transition from Softrax toward Salesforce Revenue Billing and related billing capabilities, including roadmap, dependencies, risks, business readiness, and value realization
• Establish shared governance, decision rights, operating cadences, objectives and key results, and performance measures across the portfolio
• Apply AI-first engineering, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows to improve delivery speed, quality, controls, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate platform architecture, integrations, security, data, compliance, release readiness, vendor performance, and operational reliability
• Lead and develop engineering and platform leaders while clarifying accountability, enabling cross-functional decisions, and guiding organizational and operating-model change

Basic Qualifications

• Experience leading technology delivery for enterprise Finance, customer relationship management, billing, or adjacent business platforms
• Experience leading managers, engineering teams, major platforms, and cross-functional transformation initiatives at director scope
• Ability to define and govern Salesforce architecture, platform delivery, integrations, lifecycle management, and large-scale change
• Ability to lead a platform migration or replacement through roadmap development, dependency management, risk controls, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption
• Ability to convert business priorities into measurable technology outcomes, operating metrics, investment decisions, and delivery plans
• Working knowledge of AI-first engineering, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, production controls, and adoption measurement
• Ability to manage executive decisions, financial planning, delivery governance, vendor accountability, and organizational change

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Finance and Revenue Operations processes such as quote-to-cash, revenue recognition, billing, reconciliation, customer relationship management, sales operations, or marketing technology
• Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Billing capabilities, Zuora, or comparable enterprise billing platforms
• Experience consolidating platforms, governance models, delivery practices, or engineering teams following organizational or technology change
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, Snowflake, semantic layers, analytics, or governed AI solutions
• Familiarity with the AI Development Life Cycle and delivery within Forward Deployed Engineering pods
• Experience establishing business reviews that use shared objectives and key results, named counterparts, progress reporting, and joint accountability
