We are seeking a trusted advisor and experienced Director, IT - Business Solutions Partner to join our dynamic team for the AmeriLife Health distribution unit. This role is a strategic liaison between AmeriLife Health distribution business unit and IT, combining deep business acumen with strong communication and product management skills. The AmeriLife Health Business Unit is a leading health insurance distribution organization that connects consumers with Medicare, ACA, ancillary, and life insurance solutions through a nationwide network of affiliated agencies, marketing organizations, and agents. Serving both independent and captive distribution channels, the business unit partners with top insurance carriers and relies on innovative technology solutions to drive agent productivity, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, align technology initiatives with business goals, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders in the Health distribution unit.
Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business-related field.
Experience 15+ years of overall experience in IT, business strategy, relationship management, product management, or consulting roles. 5+ years in IT business relationship management. Proven success in managing solutions from concept to launch. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Familiarity with health insurance distribution models (IMO/FMO). Strong leadership and project coordination skills across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
