• Sophisticated knowledge of US IP laws including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Responsibilities

• Protect, manage, and leverage Cboe IP through patents, trademarks, copyrights and related strategies.
• Prepare and prosecute patent and trademark applications before the USPTO and foreign offices.
• Manage external IP counsel and oversee IP litigation and disputes.
• Provide IP counsel to senior management and stakeholders; stay current on IP developments.
