Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, brokerage operations, or related environments preferred.
• Experience supporting financial advisors or client relationships is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned advisors and internal business partners.
• Build trusted relationships with advisors by providing responsive, accurate, and professional support.
• Manage routine and moderately complex advisor inquiries, escalating higher-risk or more complex matters as appropriate.
• Maintain awareness of open advisor requests and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolution.
• Proactively communicate status updates, next steps, and potential service issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce advisor friction and improve the overall service experience.
• Partner with senior team members on complex or escalated advisor matters.
• Develop proficiency across custodial platforms, firm technology, products, and processes.
