Job summary

Prologis seeks a Director, Data Center Construction (West) based in San Francisco to lead data center delivery, including speculative and build-to-suit projects. You will staff teams, provide budgeting inputs for memos, and guide design optimization with the design team.

You will mentor a best-in-class development team, partner with regional deployment, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, and drive innovation and standard methodologies in data center development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Real Estate Development, data center focus, or construction management.
• Experience leading projects from concept through permitting to delivery.
• Strong communication and team mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction for new-build and retrofit data center projects from concept to completion.
• Own portfolio performance including cost, schedule, quality and safety.
• Mentor and manage development team; coordinate with design and deployment groups.
• Drive lean construction practices and contractor bid optimization.
