Jackson seeks a Director of Investment Accounting to lead accounting operations, portfolio reporting, and regulatory compliance for a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio. You will guide US GAAP and Statutory reporting, supervise staff, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver accurate disclosures and strategic solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably an MBA or CPA.

Responsabilidades

• Directs month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for investment asset classes.
• Directs staff and handles hiring, performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, and termination.
• Directs compilation of financial statement disclosures for US GAAP and Statutory reporting.
• Reviews investment transactions for proper accounting treatment.
• Collaborates with other departments to analyze and resolve complex accounting and reporting challenges.
• Identifies and implements process improvements.
