Job summary

HelloFresh in New York seeks a Director of Inventory & Logistics Accounting to lead the US finance team. You will partner with Operations, Logistics, Procurement and Business Technology to transform processes, improve controls, and deliver timely, accurate reporting across multiple HelloFresh brands.

Strong leadership, communication and change-management skills are essential in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience with increasing scope and complexity.
• Experience with inventory accounting and supply chain processes in high-growth e-commerce.
• Proven ability to transform accounting processes and manage engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial processes, daily accounting activities, project management, process design and documentation.
• Review and sign off on control activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Support external and internal audits for the area.
• Partner with senior leadership across Finance, Logistics, Procurement and Operations to improve visibility of results and variances.
