Job summary

Ochsner Health System in New Orleans seeks a BC/BE Anesthesiologist or PM&R physician, fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management, to join our expanding program and lead the ACGME-accredited fellowship. The role includes teaching and clinical leadership across outpatient and perioperative care.

The successful candidate will mentor residents and fellows, participate in research, and manage administrative duties such as budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Anesthesiologist or PM&R fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management.
• Willingness to teach, mentor and coach in an academic program.
• Participation in research and collaboration with academic institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ACGME-accredited Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship program.
• Provide interventional and comprehensive care in outpatient and perioperative settings.
• Engage in teaching, budgeting, scheduling, and program reporting.
