Job summary

OneApp is seeking a Director of Internal Events to drive the portfolio of internal experiences that strengthen culture, alignment, and employee engagement. This role partners with executives and sponsors, leads the Events team, and ensures every event is planned with purpose, clarity, and execution excellence.

The ideal candidate brings live‑event leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex programs across multiple moving parts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading corporate/internal events or related executive events leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, and executives.
• Strong project management instincts with timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, calm under pressure, able to lead cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual internal events portfolio and calendar with clear business purpose and ownership.
• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 internal events, including leadership retreats and onboarding experiences.
• Clarify sponsor expectations, decision rights, and timelines for each event.
• Lead adoption and continuous improvement of OneApp's internal events operating model and processes.
• Develop and mentor the internal Events team to ensure ownership and accountability.
