What You’ll Do

  • Lead communications planning and execution for major enterprise initiatives, including HR, technology, workplace, and operational transformations.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications leadership to develop and execute executive visibility and thought‑leadership strategies, including media opportunities, speaking engagements, industry recognition programs, and strategic content development.
  • Drive employee engagement through innovative communications channels, campaigns, events, and content strategies that foster connection, transparency, and alignment across the organization.

  • Lead communications support for Fanatics’ social impact and nonprofit partnerships, including strategic storytelling, employee engagement initiatives, and external visibility opportunities.
  • Establish communications metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and continuously improve employee engagement and communications outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor communications team members and external partners as the function continues to grow and evolve.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, including experience advising senior executives.

  • Proven ability to develop executive thought‑leadership programs and secure high‑value speaking, media, and industry recognition opportunities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging employee feedback, engagement data, and communications metrics to inform strategy and decision‑making.
  • Outstanding leadership, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while balancing multiple priorities and managing sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
