• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and program-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Integrative Care Services strategic plan aligned with the nursing strategic plan.
• Evaluate and implement evidence-based interventions that support healing, well-being, recovery, and patient experience.
• Provide administrative and operational leadership for respective departments, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Direct departmental staffing models, productivity metrics, scheduling, licensure requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee operational workflows, documentation practices, and integration with electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards for therapy services and other integrative care services.
• Foster a positive organizational culture, promote professional growth, collaboration, and Rush’s mission and values.
• Develop budgets for integrative care departments and monitor financial targets.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient experience, holistic well-being, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic partners and internal education teams for student rotations.
