Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a Director, Integrated Engineering Services to lead Engineering & Operational Excellence. You will establish standards, governance, and decision-making frameworks across CCC and CCA, ensuring scalable, maintainable engineering solutions.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering and 10+ years leading multidisciplinary teams, with travel to facilities as needed. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related)
• Minimum 10 years leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations and delivering complex industrial capital projects
• Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive performance
• Knowledge of industrial plant engineering, capital project development and execution, and contractor/vendor management
• Experience establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and resource strategies

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce engineering standards, specifications, governance processes, and technical decision-making frameworks across CCC and CCA
• Drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement through proven technologies and best practices
• Establish the IES organizational structure, resource strategy, and capacity plans, managing a shared engineering resource pool
• Develop organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership
• Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering support throughout all project phases and monitor engineering quality and execution
• Lead initiatives to improve engineering effectiveness through standardization, digitalization, modularization, and innovation
