Job Overview
As the Director of Integrated Business Tools, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of custom applications and capabilities Saronic builds on Palantir Foundry to power its core business functions. You will build relationships with department heads across People, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and other groups to understand evolving business needs and translate them into Foundry-based tools that keep pace with the company’s rapid growth. You are responsible for software development standards, practices, and hiring strategy across your team, and you will balance near‑term delivery with longer‑term platform health and technical debt reduction. This role serves as a strategic business leader, with the scope and authority to make decisions that materially impact significant processes across the company.
