POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Integrated Business Planning is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and S&OP process within the organization. Demand and Supply Planning are key inputs into the S&OP business process, integrating sales, operations, and finance to align demand with supply and drive overall business performance. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute an effective S&OP strategy, ensure alignment between different departments and optimizing the supply chain.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·S&OP Strategy Development: Understand the company’s overall business objectives and goals. Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to develop an S&OP strategy that supports the overall business objectives and the company’s strategic vision.

·Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and communication between different departments, including sales, operations, finance, marketing, and supply chain. Ensure alignment of demand forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and financial targets to optimize business performance.

·Demand Planning and Forecasting: Lead the demand planning process, working closely with sales and marketing teams to gather accurate demand forecasts. Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to generate reliable forecasts that drive the supply chain planning process.

·Supply Planning and Capacity Forecasting: Lead the supply planning process, working closely with the Zone Manufacturing, Global Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Plant Planning, Logistics, Warehousing and Operations teams to gather accurate capacity and performance forecasts, analyze historical data and performance trends to manage available capacity.Provide input into the capital planning process to assure sufficient capacity to meet demand.

·Sales Operations: Lead the sales operations function. You will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales operation team through strategic planning, process optimization, data analytics, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and the achievement of business goals.

·Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to develop production plans, inventory strategies, and distribution plans that support the demand forecasts. Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

·Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the S&OP process and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions to enhance the overall business performance.

·Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, finance, and executive leadership. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations on S&OP-related matters.

·Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Planning, S&OP and supply chain management. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of S&OP process within the organization.

·Collaboration with HQ: Work closely with Global S&OP in HQ to ensure the on-going health and effectiveness of S&OP and support S&OP roll out successfully at zone level.

·Food Safety: Responsible for activities to ensure food safety, authenticity, integrity, and quality.

·Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has supervisory responsibilities and must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; career planning for the team and addressing complaints and resolving problems and etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

A.REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline from an accredited university/college is required. Master’s degree is highly preferred.

· Must have 12+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, import/export, supply chain operations, demand and supply planning in food/CPG industry (highly preferred) including a minimum of 7 years of solid experience in a managerial role with relevant supervisory responsibilities.

·Demonstrate experience and a strong understanding of commercial demand/supply planning and S&OP process is required.

·Must be able to analyze and interpret common logistics and technical data, financial reports, and legal documents.

·Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

·Understanding and experience in SAP system and functionality.

·Action oriented, results driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Strong collaboration and excellent interpersonal and team skills to be successful in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, including global S&OP team in HQ.

·Highly skilled in SAP data mining and report writing.

·Understands how to leverage ERP in the planning function.

·Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

·Ability to multitask and meet all deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.

B.LANGUAGE SKILLS

· The individual must be fluent in English.

·Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, accurately and with impact.

C.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

·Ideal candidate must be able to apply statistical & mathematical concepts to perform all related activities.

·Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

·Ideal candidate must compute rates, ratios, and percentages and draw and interpret bar graphs.
