One of our client in CPG sector is looking for an Integrated Business Planning Director. This role involves developing and executing S&OP strategies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • S&OP Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to design S&OP strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring cross-functional alignment and strategic vision integration.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between sales, operations, finance, and other teams to align demand forecasts, production plans, inventory targets, and financial objectives.
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting: Lead demand planning processes, analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights to generate accurate forecasts for supply chain planning.
  • Supply Planning and Capacity Forecasting: Manage supply planning with manufacturing, logistics, and operations teams to assess capacity, analyze performance trends, and inform capital planning.
  • Sales Operations Leadership: Drive sales operations efficiency through strategic planning, process optimization, and data analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop production, inventory, and distribution plans to meet demand forecasts; monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to evaluate S&OP effectiveness, providing regular reports to leadership and recommending actions to enhance performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and executive leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on S&OP initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to identify process optimization opportunities and lead efficiency-driven initiatives.
  • Regional and Global Collaboration: Work with global S&OP teams to ensure regional S&OP alignment and successful strategy rollout.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all planning activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, supply chain operations, or demand/supply planning, with at least 7 years in a managerial role (preference in CPG industry, ideally in Food and Beverage sector).
  • Proven expertise in commercial demand/supply planning and S&OP processes.
  • Ability to analyze logistics, financial, and technical data, and interpret legal documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel skills required), experience with ERP systems (e.g., data mining, report writing).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Fluent English speaking is must, preferable with Mandarin speaking skills
