Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and grant/reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for integrated behavioral health within primary care.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics to ensure access and quality care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to CQI and CMO.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using data-driven methods.
