Job summary

Grace at Home is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health NP to lead a team of NPs and LCSWs, shaping strategy and care delivery to improve outcomes for members. The role requires an NP license in at least one state (NY/IL/GA preferred) and a track record of 5+ years in behavioral health, with strong leadership and collaboration across divisions.

The ideal candidate will drive evidence-based practices, oversee program development, and partner with executives to create sustainable revenue models

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher as BHNP or equivalent with strong academic record.
• NP license in at least one state (NY/IL/GA preferred) and willingness to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Board certifications in behavioral health.
• 5+ years of behavioral health experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities for BHNPs and LCSWs with allocated administrative time.
• Train and mentor BH clinical staff.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and provide psychotherapy.
• Coordinate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families on mental health options and coping strategies.
