- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's preferred.
- At least 8+ years of progressive instructional design and leadership experience.
- Experience leading teams, driving strategy, and partnering with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee centralized instructional design team; coach and develop direct reports.
- Manage priorities, workload, resources, and project portfolios.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and performance consulting.
- Establish scalable processes, standards, and governance for learning.
- Monitor learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
