Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of data collection, management, analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, staff, leaders, and internal/external partners.
• Experience managing programmatic assessments, planning, or accreditation activities.
• Experience leading educational and program assessment in higher education.
• Knowledge of accreditation and assessment best practices.
• Knowledge of designing, implementing and managing assessment and accreditation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor institutional effectiveness through assessment of student learning and administrative outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage collegewide efforts to support strategic priorities.
• Analyze student and division outcomes and report findings to stakeholders, including leadership.
• Support operations and decision-making within the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Planning, and Assessment.
