Mars Petcare seeks a Director of Insights Deployment, Portfolio, & Flywheel to turn data into action across the organization. You will shape strategy, embed data-driven decision-making, and lead cross‑functional programs that scale insights into business impact.

This highly visible role requires senior stakeholder influence, development of standardized reporting, and leadership of capability-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in insights, analytics, strategy, or consulting roles.
• Proven experience driving insights to business impact and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience building processes, frameworks, or operating models that scale across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a thought leadership roadmap, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create strategic communication plans for Insights across stakeholders.
• Embed consistent processes, forums, and tools to promote collaboration.
• Lead portfolio and growth analytics processes, partnering across the org for insight-led decisions.
• Build and implement standardized methodology to drive research-to-impact and track outcomes.
• Own and continuously improve reporting vehicles (dashboards, webinars) including AI tools.
• Design and lead cross-team enablement programs to ensure understanding of outputs and actions.
• Oversee budget management and prioritization to maximize ROI on insights investments.
• Design and deploy training programs for marketing and Insight teams on data-driven decision-making.
